Body of work

Karen has been artist in residence, as well as taught workshops at Hautlieu school, she will now be exhibiting a large body of work at the school. Karen will be exhibiting some of her older pieces up to her most current work that is influenced by traditional Baroque and vanita paintings but applied to a contemporary subject.

Also on display will be a selection of students work that were created or developed through the workshops. The workshops Karen run explored concepts and material used in her own practice, as well as the students own development of these ideas. Karen's recent drawings very much work in correlation with the work of the students.
