Contemporary Tapestries

Prominent textile artist Lisa MacDonald will be featuring the exciting and largest work that she has ever made. These more abstracted images are designed with urban spaces in mind and are inspired by the landscape and patterning found in the environment.

Workshops: 7th & 8th November:
A two day workshop abstracting form from a still life and creating samples to draw on to inspire future work. It is possible to do one day only. These exciting workshops will be experimental in nature and cover a whole range of drawing, painting, collage and printing techniques and are likely to be messy.

Drawing will take place on both days to open the workshops. All materials provided.

Saturday 7th November: 10.30am - 4.30pm & Sunday 8th November: 11.00am - 5.00pm (Maximum 8 students each day)

Cost each day to include materials: £38.00 (Friends of Art in the Frame £35.00)
2 day Course: £72 (Friends £68.00)
